Alma Verde was conceived with a strong vision from our client, who wanted to blend modern living with Hawaiian-inspired design.

 

The project’s primary focus was the orientation of the roof, which creates an open connection on both sides of the social living space.

 

This design allows for a seamless transition between the interior and exterior areas, with the house naturally opening up to the stunning ocean views of Nosara beaches
